Environmentally Friendly
Lexdata has developed a series of environmentally friendly protocols and procedures.
The nature of the print industry is such that any environmental considerations are weighted against business considerations;
however we believe that a balance between environmentally friendly operations and business sustainability must be made.
Lexdata nationwide has instituted an environmental sustainability program that aims to reduce the impact that
company operations have on the environment. As part of this program, we target issues on both an individual level, in consultation
with employees and clients, up to a macroscopic level, focusing on power and resource conservation.
We strive to develop environmental policies that are compliant to ISO environmental standards, and additionally, Lexdata only
use suppliers that are ISO 14001 compliant wherever possible.
We take measures to increase staff awareness of company environmental performance and individual environmental responsibilities
and ensure that environmental management is included within staff. We review and revise our environmental statement regularly and
consult with industry and community on environmental management issues. We promote a work ethic which places a high value on the
environmental effects of our operation and try to cut down the risks to the environment.
Our Sustainability Program
- Paperless policy:
We encourage use of digital files instead of paper based files from customers. Also we use of digital
forms for all job procurement, delivery and internal management.
- Recycling policy:
All ink and toner cartridges, and all plastics and paper based items used in our offices are recycled.
- Cost effective:
Outsourcing to Lexdata will allow you to maintain a high quality 24/7 support service to your operation, so you are able to avoid additional
staff overheads during quieter periods and overtime rates during busier times. Your dedicated Account Manager will always suggest cost and time saving solutions
wherever possible.
- Environmentally friendly products:
We aim to purchase environmentally friendly products such as using recycled paper whenever possible. Additionally we encourage
our employees, suppliers, and customers to support our environmental policy.
- Power conservation policy:
All industrial machines turned off at the switch when not in use and are regularly serviced to prevent improper power use.
