This privacy policy applies to online services offered by Lexdata, its parent company Law Image and / or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates.
This privacy policy has been created in order to disclose how Lexdata gathers, stores and disseminates information for its online services and applications.
1. Collection of Information
a. Lexdata collects your personal information strictly for the intended purpose of performing its functions. For our full range of services to function, we may collect the following type of information:
i. Aggregate Information.
Aggregate information is the information you provide that does not personally identify you. a. Lexdata only processes personal information for the purposes described in this privacy policy and / or supplementary privacy notices for specific services. Lexdata will not share any of your information with any outside party without your explicit consent unless Lexdata is required by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary in order to conform to the edicts of the law, cooperate with law enforcement or other government agencies, or comply with a legal process served on the company or court orders.
3. Access to Personal Information
a. As an individual, you have the right of access to all personal information that Lexdata holds about you, although with some exceptions. The circumstances in which Lexdata may refuse access to personal information Lexdata holds about you include where giving you access would:

- be frivolous or vexatious requests
- prejudice negotiations
- be unlawful
- require a contravention of a required law
- prejudice investigations of unlawful activities
b. If you would like to obtain a copy of your personal information that Lexdata has on record, please send your request to us in writing. This is to ensure that Lexdata can verify your identity. If you believe that Lexdata holds information about you that is inaccurate or out of date, you should inform us by contacting us through email, as soon as possible. Lexdata will amend any inaccurate, incomplete or out of date information.
