Digitisation / Bookmarking
In most cases, there might be more than one section to a document. Navigation through a physical document which has multiple sections can be easy considering the fact that you can just flip to that section. But in an electronic document this can be hard to simulate. For example, is we have a document that has a set of different requisition forms, and we want to get to the Plan Requisition form, normally we'd have to scroll through the entire set to figure out where the document is. But with the help of bookmarking, navigation is as simple as clicking a link. The following picture shows the interface for a bookmarked PDF:
By looking at just the above image, we can easily figure out the structure of the document based on the bookmarks on the left. It should be noted that the bookmarks can go upto 3 levels deep. The sample file is available for download below:
